We started by making our own moulds
PAWTRUST began in 2013 as a tooling workshop supplying moulds to pet product factories around Ningbo. That background still shapes how we work: we control the tool, so we control the tolerance, the cost and the delivery date.
From a mould shop to a full-category supplier
In 2013 three toolmakers rented 600 m² and cut moulds for other people’s products. Buyers kept asking the same question — could we also run the production? The first assembly line opened in 2016. Today we mould, sew, assemble, pack and inspect under one roof, which is why a change request takes days instead of weeks.

Six checkpoints between material and container
Every order passes the same gates regardless of volume. The report from each gate is filed against your PO number and available on request.
1 · Incoming material
Fabric weight, foam density and resin grade verified against the approved spec sheet and retained for 24 months.
2 · First article
Golden sample signed and photographed before the line runs. Nothing proceeds without that sign-off.
3 · In-line 30% / 70%
Dimension, colour and stitch checks at two points in the run, with correction before the next batch starts.
4 · Functional test
Pull strength, zip cycling, squeaker function and slow-feed geometry tested on sampled units.
5 · Pre-shipment
AQL 2.5 inspection with a photo report issued before we book the container or release documents.
6 · Loading check
Carton count, marking and container condition photographed at loading. Copy goes to you the same day.
Two ways to work with us
Bring your own design, or pick from a catalogue of proven constructions and brand them. Both routes use the same tooling and QC process.
OEM — your design
You supply drawings, a tech pack, or a purchased sample to match. We quote the tooling, build pre-production samples, and run the order against your approved colour and material spec.
- NDA signed before drawings are shared
- Tooling ownership documented in the PO
- Your artwork applied to cartons and labels
ODM — our platform, your brand
Choose from roughly 260 proven constructions, then change colour, material, trim and packaging. Fastest route to market: samples in a week, no tooling cost for catalogue items.
- No tooling charge on catalogue SKUs
- Logo and colour changes from 500 pcs
- Retail-ready packaging templates available
Audit and test coverage
Certificates are renewed on schedule and copies are sent with every quotation pack.
Come and see the floor — or send an auditor.
We host buyer visits and third-party audits throughout the year. If you can’t travel, we’ll run a live video walkthrough of your production line instead.
