What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per colour for sewn goods (beds, harnesses, carriers) and 1,000 pcs per design for moulded items (toys, bowls, grooming handles). Mixed container orders across categories are welcome — the MOQ applies per SKU, not per shipment.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
Catalogue items ship in 7–10 days; custom tooling adds 15–20 days. Sample fees are quoted per item and refunded against your first production order above 2,000 pcs. Courier cost is at your account or prepaid by us and deducted from the order.
Can you work to our packaging and labelling requirements?
Yes. We handle colour boxes, hangtags, blister packs, polybags with suffocation warnings, FNSKU/UPC labelling and Amazon-ready carton markings. Artwork proofs are sent for approval before printing.
Which payment and shipping terms do you accept?
30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for larger orders. We ship FOB Ningbo, CIF, or DDP via our forwarder network. Production lead time is 25–35 days after sample approval.
Do you hold test reports for retail onboarding?
We hold EN 71, REACH SVHC, FDA and LFGB reports for the relevant materials, and can commission testing in your company’s name at a third-party lab. Report costs are quoted separately and passed through at cost.
Are you a trading company or the actual factory?
We are the factory. Moulding and hardware run in Plant A; sewing, assembly and packing in Plant B three kilometres away. Both are open to buyer visits and third-party audits, and we’ll arrange a live video walkthrough if you can’t travel.
